Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Window:

You have 3Days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at (sales@iqtecshop).com to request a return.
Please include your order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 03 days after delivery.
Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

Eligibility for Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
